Exhibition Room Assistant


Job requirements:

Job requirements:

  • Work carefully, be good at communicating with others; those with knowledge of design will be preferred.

Position description:
1. Manage and maintain the products in the exhibition room orderly and actively. Supervise the cleaning condition timely.
2. Check and record the products in the exhibition hall systematically, and conduct accurate registration management for the in-and-out products.
3. Take control and conduct requisition registration of sales tools (samples, material sample cards, etc.).
4. Assist business department to prepare a series of exhibition materials (welcome board, dessert, fruit and drink, etc.)
5. Introduce the furniture in the exhibition hall systematically and completely to the customers who are visiting the exhibition hall, and make the customers infected with the introduction of furniture of the company and service concept.
6. Integrate and put forward reasonable suggestions on the management of exhibition hall according to the situations of the exhibition hall and advices from customers.
